To install this Mats and/or Frame set of Adobe Layer Styles simply copy the file(s) into the Presets folder in the Photoshop Elements program directory.

For Photoshop Elements 2.0 Users the default directory is:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2.0\Presets



For Photoshop Elements 3.0 Users the default directory is:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 3.0\Presets

Meaning if you create something with the files and another person wants to use the style in their copy of Photoshop/ Photoshop Elements, you can NOT give them the style files.
